Broiled Grapefruit is one of my newer obsessions. It was perfect in the winter and has proven to be perfect for chillier, rainy days as well!
First things first, you need your ingredients:
Preheat your oven to broil, and put a layer of tin foil down on a baking pan/sheet.
Cut the grapefruit in half and place each side on the baking pan/sheet. Chop up the banana, and place the slices on the grapefruit. (Photographed is my first attempt where I did three slices, now I do four per half.)
Drizzle as much or as little honey as you would like across the grapefruit and banana combo. I like to zig zag strips of honey across the pan!
Sprinkle as much or as little powdered cinnamon across everything and you are ready to broil it!
