These veggies were delicious, easy, and the perfect side for a Fall meal! They paired amazingly well with my Pumpkin Alfredo and reheated very well as leftovers!
Brussel sprouts are some of my favorite veggies to add to any dinner, but I had never made them quite like this! And it was my first time ever making anything with butternut squash! This might be my new favorite vegetable! You are going to be a little bit thrown off once you read the ingredients, but this recipe is truly amazing and will add to any meal this Fall!
